I am just back from the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers’ Mid-Year Meeting. Held at the Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, the conference featured three days of outstanding continuing legal education from a panel of nationally renowned lawyers, law professors, and accountants. Topics included hidden assets, asset protection trusts, and business valuation. As with all AAML national meetings, the Nassau meeting afforded the opportunity to network, renew old friendships, and foster new friendships.
As a Fellow in the Academy I am always honored to participate in the programs of our country’s most prestigious organization for family law lawyers.
